For seven common conditions you can come straight to Aqua Pharmacy. Our pharmacist will assess your symptoms in private and, where clinically appropriate, supply prescription medicine on the NHS.

Do I need an appointment for Pharmacy First?
No. You can walk in and ask to see the pharmacist, or call ahead if you would like to check when is best. Your GP or NHS 111 can also refer you to us.
Which conditions can the pharmacist treat on the NHS?
Sinusitis, sore throat, earache, infected insect bites, impetigo, shingles and uncomplicated urinary tract infections in women. Age limits apply to some conditions.
Can you manage my NHS repeat prescriptions?
Yes. Nominate Aqua Pharmacy through your GP or the NHS App and we will prepare your medicines for collection. Ask us about local delivery.
How do I book a private service?
Choose the service you need on our website and select a time. You can also book over the phone or at the counter.
Is there somewhere private to talk?
Yes. All consultations take place in our private consultation room, so you can speak to the pharmacist in confidence.
