How the service works

Erectile dysfunction is common and treatable. A short consultation helps us find a safe option that suits you.

  1. Confidential chat

We ask about your symptoms, health and medicines in private.

  2. Health check

We may check your blood pressure, because some heart conditions affect which treatments are safe.

  3. The right treatment

If treatment is suitable, we explain how and when to take it.

  4. Discreet throughout

Everything is handled privately and professionally.

Before your appointment

  • List any medicines you take, especially for your heart
  • Think about how long you have had symptoms
  • Know your blood pressure if you can

Afterwards

  • Take the medicine as directed
  • Do not combine it with nitrates or 'poppers'
  • Tell us or your GP if you have side effects

Is this service right for you?

Erectile dysfunction can be an early sign of heart disease or diabetes, so we may suggest you also see your GP. If you get chest pain or an erection lasting more than 4 hours, seek urgent medical help.
